Well this is for once a NOT sexually related latex pic... this here is set in a world where the latex trapping technology is abused to enslave people (NO not in the way you usually see around here )

This unlucky fellow has the bad luck to become a “dirt digger”, pretty much being forced into the lowest layer of society by being encased in a latex suit which marks his “status”... His throat looks slightly thicker as he had a scan collar attached to him before the suit was applied

The suits not only cover the whole body but also invade the mouth, throat, tail hole and even genitals... as an effect the encased victim is unable to talk and only communicate via mental link between the suits and are dependent on nutrient injections as they cant eat... even if they appear erotic, are in fact do the opposite as they make sexual pleasure nearly impossible due to thick padding around the crotch, just another way to control the wearer... the suits can even control sight, hearing and breathing by changing the padding and transparency though breath control is mostly used to switch from breathing surrounding air to the suits oxygen supply which refills by filtering exhaled air, one of the few controls that's in most cases left to the wearers will... additional padding can form on elbows and knees to allow longer kneeling or leaning on them and can form paddings to allow sleeping on hard surfaces... it also has various “pockets” which can store small objects in data form, mostly reserved for tools and emergency nutrient packages as those “slaves” often get locked in their work environment until the job is done which in some cases can take days

For jobs in dark environments the hands can emit light to illuminate work spaces and the eyes have limited night vision (though just enough to find your way around and not to really see anything)

The “sub-rank” is displayed by the triangles on the chest, the ranking is:
-One triangle, point down
-Two triangle, point up
-Three triangle, point up and aranged in a large triangle
-Four triangles, pointing outward arranged in a hollow square
-Five triangles, arranged in a star shape
Though those ranks don't mean much in the end as they are all equally treated like slaves and rarely mean any benefits... the other side of the chest displays a bar code, number or given name on command

The colors are deliberate as orange stands for hazardous materials (like waste transports) which the wearers are mostly in contact with due to being used in sewers, waste removal or simply cleaning job... the suits can hold of toxins with no problem and are relatively damage proof and can auto regenerate, though this can also mean that if toxins get in the suit they can become locked in and harm the wearer (though mostly nobody cares about that)

The suits are hardly ever removed and even that is a unpleasant process as the suit is molten and is very sticky and has to be washed off and this doesn't take the stuff in the wearers innards in account which have to come out “naturally”... it's also possible to forcefully remove the suit but it's a even harder process due to the suits auto regeneration (though the suit “dies off” once enough is removed) but also because it has to be done relatively fast because the wearer could starve or dehydrate if he doesn't receive nutrient injections... also removing it from the wearers innards, throat and eyes is very unpleasant and somewhat dangerous too... it also requires help as a piece you'd tear off yourself would instantly melt back into the suit

Though they are seen as the lowest layer of society some take pity in them and try to help finding illegal ways to manipulate the suits just enough that it gives them some pleasure or allow them to eat or at least speak though this is only a temporal effect, the suits always “reset” into their base programming and manipulating it can even cause hazardous effects that can harm or even kill the wearer

With all this it's no wonder that slowly thought of rebellion rise and more and more people research ways to manipulate the suits further and even use them for counter measures
