Wynn Balducci is the jubilant young head director of the West wing of the Poké Star Rangers, one of the "four Horsemon" that keeps the camp running as smoothly as possible. She's also one of the more active members who refuses to just stay in an office writing up paperwork - if she's not supervising the kids while they learn about the science behind planetary habitability, she's taking care of the camp's rather extravagant greenhouse/mon-made ecosystem, dubbed by the staff as The Oasis.
Fun fact: She's Fitz's stepsister.
