 Endenden is pondering the consequences of deciding to send holiday cheer to his friends and family. Apparently he has alot of those.

In all honesty, I totally failed the joke here. The dollar sign should have been a Christmas tree, but I didn't think of that till just now as I'm typing this. On the flip side, I'm really happy with how Endenden(dendendendendendendenden-heeerng) came out. I was expecting to fail at that more than the funny.
