did this today... it's not been easy for me today... I've had a lot of chest pains today due to stress... and finding out my grandmother has less than 6 months to live today... just... not a good day....

Don't lose hope. My great grandpa is alive today, but twenty years ago they were saying he could die any day.
Just try to keep a positive outlook, it really does help ówò

Just try to remember to do your best to take care of yourself. Emotional stress is definitely something to keep an eye on so if you need to talk to someone or check up with a doctor it's best to do that if you can. You don't have to face this alone.
