Awww, thank you! I do like drawing commissions, but I tend to really get carried away whenever I have time to draw for myself. *blushes*

I'll try to be more active in FA from now on. I occasionally have to reduce my online time so that I'm able to get irl stuff done. I generally think it's a positive thing that I'm not totally addicted to internet, but I do miss keeping in touch with friends.

RL things are more important. But I'm quite glad to know I will be seeing more awesome pics from you sooner or later ^^ ^^ ^^

Although, now that I think of it, his face reminds me of gremlins a little bit. You know the movies? They're about these cute fuzzy creatures you're not supposed to feed after midnight or they turn into these crazy lizard-like things that destroy everything. It's not an exact match, but I couldn't think of anything else.

Yeah. Kinda looks like a gremlin, but I swear I've seen this little beastie somewhere else. This is going to bug me. XD

Hmm, if you manage to remember where you've seen this guy, could you please let me know? You made me curious as well, though I suppose entirely possible that there already is a design like this - or several - out there somewhere, because it quite honestly isn't all that special or groundbreaking... :)

Ahh, so he really does look like a gremlin! It's really quite unintentional 'cause I just wanted to draw a little dragon thing with big ears and eyes... But I don't suppose it's such a bad thing, considering that the gremlins really were quite wild and er, cute too, in a certain creepy way, I think. :D

Ok, this SO reminds me of Gremlins! I gotta get those movies again, because they were downright hilarious!

It seems many people noticed the resemblance. I did so too, but only right after uploading this. It's pretty funny, 'cause I worked on this for several hours in total without realizing that it actually does look like a gremlin. I was actually watching a documentary film about Pol Pot and the red khmers while I drew the lineart... x)

Anything wielding fire should not have that expression...

It never ceases to amaze me how well you handle light effects.

The basic ones (that is, the only ones I know) are actually quite easy. All you need to do is to add a big red dot somewhere in the picture and place the highlights so that they sort of surround the dot. Then you put a lot of other highlights absolutely everywhere because they look cool and shiny. 8D

I don't want to sound critical, but is he supposed to be stepping down, or balanced on the back of his foot, cause it looks like it should be resting on that rock underneath it, 'cept it's above it instead. ^_^;

I didn't really give it much thought when I drew it, but I suppose I meant it to look like he's stepping down. Hmm... But I'm not sure where he's going to put that other foot of his... He seems to be distracted by the shinies, so I wouldn't be surprised if he accidentally took a wrong step and fell into the water. :)

That reminds me of the Gremlins from... well.. Gremlins x3 He's so mischievous and cute.

I haven't seen that movie in ages... I think I saw the first movie (I believe there is a sequel too) back when I was a teenager and I can't really remember anything about it except for the snazzy theme music and the fact that you can't feed the fuzzy ones after midnight.

I'd love to come to Finland soon, but I need to work out first how this living with an incurable disease thing works. My medication has also changed and I'm hoping that the new one will be better.
