I'm more of a Teen Titans fan myself, but I like this pic. Now just one question, who is Power Girl exactly?

I see oldschool comic characters on TV shows and unless she goes by a different name, I don't think I've ever seen her.

Power Girl is mostly a back ground character who has recently had a good run in her own JSA series and co-stars with Supergirl.

Yeah, thought she had something to do with Supergirl, costume looks kinda similar.

She was originally an alternate universe older supergirl. Its really complex.

Acctually Power girl WAS Supergirl for a good bit of time.

They've since retconned the character into someone else.

...mmm.. since you do read such interesting things, have you heard of the thick book that featured said lovely lady, but a woman instead of a 'girl' (was, I think, in her mid 30's) called
Kingdom Come

The same character. Only in that series, she's now calling herself Power Woman.

Actually, when she was originally created back in 1976, she was the Earth-2 version of Supergirl, cousin of the original, Golden Age Superman (Kal-L). After the Crisis on Infinite Earth maxi-series (1985-86), the GA Supes was removed from the DC's History and she got retconed into being related to Arion of Atlantis. Now, with the more recent Infinite Crisis, her Earth-2 origin has returned, although her cousin, Kal-L is now dead, along with his wife, Lois Lane Kent, who, it has been show, was a sort of a 'mother-figure' to PG.
