It was made a little fast to see if I could create something paint-friendly, and I think it is decent enough for people to use, but will be updating it in the future. I also wanted it to be a bit more correct in Dutch Angel Dragon Anatomy.
This is a free, paint friendly Dutch Angel Dragon base for you to use!
TO USE:
For MS Paint:
-Copy and paste into paint
-use fill bucket to color in, and any other tools you like to make it your character
For programs with Layers:
If you want to use layers, and color under it, copy and paste this into a layer and set that layer style to "Multiply" it will then allow you to color underneath it.
Please save as a .PNG not a .JPG. .JPG makes everything fuzzy because it compresses it, thus it will look really bad. PNG's keep it nice and sharp!

And PNG's have no quality loss compression that makes much smaller file sizes than jpegs when compressed properly!
At least for flat color images.
I always want to tell people this when I see flat color images in jpeg, like seriously, don't use jpeg, it's ugly and bigger.
