Cool picture! :D
Nice glowing effect on the staff and the blue flame on her paw.

The only thing i don't like is one of your chosen colors, the pale blue-like one in her forehead and tail. It doesn't feel right with the grays around it.

Blue Flame, nice. I still favor the Black Flame of Chaos.

I hope she is able to bring down a Sky ship with her magic. ^^
