The Lugger, aka "Coaster"
Not really intended to be a standard PC's starship, unless its a first time vessel or they're -really- down on their luck after losing something better. While it has four staterooms and 2 bunks, its not really meant to carry passengers, with little security separation between any of the staterooms and the vital sections of the ship. The extra bunks are meant for emergency or company transport of personnel or for extra deck and cargo hands at the captain's discretion, bringing crew compliment to a cozy 6.
Many captains opt to replace the gunner position with a third bridge, owner aboard, or purser position, and just ignore the gunnery systems altogether as Directorate systems are relatively peaceful. In the unlikely event of the need to bring weapons online, they can be fired by bridge crew using a mediocre auto-defensive program Luggers come with standard.

Given the description, if I were to buy one of these, the first thing I'd do would be to add a big external folding cargo elevator aft. Each cargo deck could be filled quite quickly and the reduction in turnaround time would more than make up for the extra costs. Of course, I'm sure the manufacturer was planning on just this requirement and has a ridiculously overpriced mod kit already available.
