Something completely different
Have a photo of Anthony. He is my ball python. Right now he is just shy of three feet long. Big, fat, happy snake. <3 He is not obese though, he is that fat because he is actually a she, and female ball pythons are pretty girthy. I still call him a he even after finding out he's really a she though. I'm too used to it. So I have a transgender snake. :D
P.S. ANY advice on how to take care of my snake will be greeted with a haddock slapping. I am not going to get into a "one true way to keep snakes" debate.

I heard once you can also tell by the way the tail tapers off. Like, with females it's supposed to go fat-thin really drastically. My snake's butt looks like your snake's butt... so I suspect mine is also a girl now. Oops. Guess we shouldn't have named it Pliskin.. it's not very girly :S
Once they're big enough you can also tell for certain by the size of the spurs at its vent. On females they stay small, while on males they grow much larger as the snake reaches adulthood. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anal_spur
Um, yeah. I was uncertain about its gender because people keep telling me to probe/pop it and I'm not going to molest an animal just to answer a silly question.
I have no idea as to my snake's source, but I got him at a pet shop that doesn't smell and the employees have managed to maintain a very impressive hard coral display for years (ie, they're not stupid). All I know is that (s)he eats really well (absolutely zero difficulty going from live to thawed) is really big, and gives good hugs <3

I'm all jealous. :P There's a local reptile store with some very nice rainbows, but he doesn't take payments. So I'm trying to save up. Christmas has been expensive, and I moved, and business was slow for a while, so I just haven't been able to put any aside for some time.
Aww man, I want some weird bp morphs like that. I actually have a normal male that's het for piebald.. I wanna at least try some breeding projects with other morphs with him, since I can't actually afford to up and buy one of those yet. Oh man, I love ball pythons. I wanna get into arboreal snakes when I get the time, too.

Ty. Her name is Ryu. And she's just shy under 3 feet as well. Just thought I'd share. btw, I want to be 'rude' and say your suits/things you make all the time are so dayum great. Especially your quad suit. mucho fur your talent. I hope you only get better in time.

I love these species of snake! My parents say I can get a Bearded Dragon but I won't be able to look after it. I'm at school too much. I'm trying to convince them to let me have a snake. I tell them that they're easier to look after and all but they won't let me have one simply because "its a snake" =( anyway... I love the pic! ^^
