I got some new ink over the weekend and have been experimenting with it using my quills. I like it, but it's a totally different beast than my Maxon water soluble ink. Holbein special black.

It dries quickly, is waterproof, clumps on the quill if I'm not careful and is thicker than my Maxon ink. Pros and cons. The way it is with any artistic tool. lol

On the plus side all around, I used more than two types of quills on one pic for once. :3

Also, if my stuff seems to resemble anime/manga type stuff lately it's because I'm seeing more demand for that in some places, and I'm aiming to try and draw business. No pun intended.
