This was a design for a Dutchie awhile ago but I think a he works better as a normal dragon, specifically Eastern :D

He is this terrifying dragon with the attitude of a mix between Loki and the Cheshire cat :D
He basically likes to mess with people, hes not good or really evil, he does what he wants for himself, so I guess he's rather selfish.

Everything is his playtoy, he likes to make people hallucinate, to cause chaos in people, he dosen't like to kill people as it ruins the fun, but if it does happen on accident, he considers a minor issue.
