Here's the second of the three main villains, Captain Mandarin.

Mandarin is the meek, ineffectual subordinate to Commander Barratt. The latest in a long string of assistants to Barratt, it is Mandarin who does all the dirty work. Despite being a high ranking Federation officer, Mandarin doesn't have much say in what goes on; Barratt always dishes out his own orders. However, Mandarin is happy to accept the blame when things do inevitably go wrong.

Mandarin hails from Earth, and comes from the British city of Newcastle. Thus she speaks with a thick Geordie accent; something which perhaps impedes her position of authority onboard the Oshan Akuma.
