Trick or Treat!
Everyon has to start out sometime in trick or treating and even for a young dragon, it can be a bit scary.
Hazard seems to be doing okay for himself, but it's still a spooky time to be out dressed as... well, a traffic cone. Guess that makes him a proper Hazard, hmm?
