I grew up with series such as Redwall and the Beatrix Potter books and show, so animals dressed in clothes on their hind legs has been sort of a natural interest for me as far as character design goes.
Years back, I designed a cat version of Xerxes Break from Pandora Hearts for a friend and this July I drew him again to see how far I've come. Which, is quite far. This time I had him on his hind legs in one of his well known outfits, looking posh. It was for her birthday and I intended to draw him in his official human form but my hand wouldn't cooperate, so kitty version it is!
I tried a new style with it and am pleased with out it turned out! Since it was quick, I didn't really bother with a background. Like you may have noticed most of my work is these days...

He looks great, i thought he was female at first but now looking clearly i see that he is a male, good work you are very talented, i loved reading the Redwall books during my teenage years or childhood and i still love them as an adult, may Jacques rest in peace and may his memory always be treasured i hope to buy more of his wonderful books beacuse i enjoy reading them at times, he was a great writer and i think that even adults can enjoy his books, good work i think Jacques should have been proud if he saw your picture, he would probably smile and tell you how good you are at drawing and be happy knowing how much you loved reading his books, i love this picture it's nicely drawn, i hope to see more art from you beacuse i look foward to more.
