*heh* Years ago, I remember my DM sent my party on an adventure to recover a bard's stolen loot. We were expecting treasure. What we found was a lute. Granted, it was a powerful lute, but still.
It was a decent 5-hour adventure, though, and we put a dent in that Frost Elf Mage's defences... but that was another adventure.
