Well, let's see. He torments the monsters of the underworld...
He tries to kill you right out of the gate, stalks you on your journey, kills Asgore, steals the human souls and becomes a photoshopped horror, tries again to kill you with SAVE powers (the cheap bastard,) tries to be "friendly" with you if you decide to murder everyone, and ends the world until you befriend him.
So yeah. Kind of a buzzkill.
