I think the personalities match well here.
I'd definitely match Ice Bear with Pearl. They're both OCD order and neat freaks... and tinkerers.
Grizz and Amethyst is pretty obvious.
And Garnet does have a sweet side sometimes... plus yes, it's really cute seeing her hold Panda...

Yeah, Amethyst and Grizz is a no-brainer. I can just picture all the hi-jinks those two could get into.
I know Panda would be enthralled by Garnet (though he'll have to be let down like Jamie in "Love Letters")
Ice Bear and Pearl do match up well. But since he doesn't talk much, there'd be some awkward moments, moreso than Garnet being the strong silent type now and then (esp. season 1).
