I'm pretty sure most Pokemon fans have a Pokemon OC, and here is (one) of mine that made it to more than just a doodle, Blue Thunder. I haven't really done anything with him, I do know that he's a leader of a rowdy group of Raichu with a sort of biker gang mentality. He's got a mutation where he's got blue skin, blue eyes, and even his electricity is blue. I kept the yellow portions because I just think it looks better, but I may change it to match is pawpads, I haven't decided.
