It's ok, we all feel this way from time to time.
You shouldn't forget them, that isn't the proper way to something that ended. Just remember the best experiences you had with them, and hold onto that. Forget the horrid times, they can easily appear to out-weigh the good ones. But they don't.
But if doing so just makes you miss them more, then please disregard my advice, I don't want to end up doing any more harm than good. Or any harm at all, seeing you in this pain saddens me as well.
