That looks awesome! How did you get the foam to smooth that well?

Lots of smoothing out with sharp scissors, but for the majority of the muzzle, I carved the basic shape, a bit smaller than I wanted, out of a folded over 2 inch block of foam, and then smoothed some half inch foam around it!
