Yao as a full werewolf, even then he still retains his consciousness and rarely takes brash decisions which might make him seem tame at a distance. All those years of lying, deceiving, and poker-facing his way through life really paid off in the self-control area.
Still, don't push him guys, those that have known him for a while are aware he knows his way in a fight. Couple that with his new found strength and the fact he retains his human intelligence and you might be in trouble.
