I think it sounds kindof reminiscent of video games, or a remix of music from some unknown game. I think mostly it's just a combination of the sounds and style. I tend to like a lot of video game music, and stuff that sounds like it came out of a game.
In a way, I think this could be considered something of an "ADHD Activity Minute," since it seems to contain about 4-6 ideas in it. They're related ideas, but the transitions seem a bit sudden. Personally, I'd go for smoother transitions, and repeat a lot of the ideas at least once more (usually powers of 2 work well, i.e. 2 4 8 16, etc). Of course this is preferential, and you mave have achieved the effect you're going for, and the most important thing is realizing your own vision, and not somebody else's.
I still liked it, tho. I think it was a little short, but that's easily remedied by repeating the sections as I said. Interesting voices, use of some effects in there... I found it interesting, and I'm not just saying that because I can't think of something good to say.
Incidentally, what program(s) did you use to make this?

I haven't played with FruityLoops in a while...not since version 4? 2? I can't even remember. I was having trouble getting it to do what I wanted...partially difficulties in working it out, since I'd never used it, and had no instructions, and partially due to having a tendency to work better with music notation (also a lack of midi instruments, and at that time a lack of experience with a variety of software). These days I'm using Sibelius 4.0 to write, and Reason 2.5 to sequence and do final mixes (since I'm not stuck with general midi sounds in Reason).
