Riding with the moon (Extended version)
Title: "Riding with the moon (Extended version)"
By: megawolf77
Genre: [Trance / Epic Trance - Uplifting Trance]
Doujin Album: megawolf77 ALLNiTER (3rd SoundtraXX)
Length: 5:00
BPM: 141
Well, I've done it. I finally made an extended version of "Riding with the moon."
The story behind this music is I was bored that night and I stared out of my window looking at the moon. Then I suddenly hum this tune in my mind... soft, melodic, and peaceful tune. I couldn't figure out the rest of the notes, so I immediately jot down all the remaining tunes before it completely disappears.
I figured that I should make it into a Dream House music. But then I remembered a similar genre which is close to Dream House and it's more happier. EPIC TRANCE / UPLIFTING TRANCE.
I composed this both for dancing and/or easy listening.
Enjoy my music! ^w^

I feel at once both older and younger, listening to this- Older, because I realise it's been 13 years since I had Cubic player going nonstop for hours, listening to lots of modules from the Hornet Archive, and younger, because I feel like I had been transported back to then, enhoying music just like this! It made me feel good, even when I was down, so.... All I can say is "thank you" for making me smile. :)

GAAAH, the familiarity of these sounds is driving me nuts! Are you by any chance using Sytrus? Because a lot of the sounds you're using sound like some of my favorite presets from it.
Besides, awesome song, though it doesn't sound a lot like the Uplifting Trance I've heard.

That's the problem in music. Sometimes you find familiarity in some melodies. X3
That's why I stick to Hardcore Techno / Tribal House. It doesn't have melody and it has some heavy kickin' rhythm beats. ^_^ The only problem is: from where I came, nobody wants to listen to those. They want melody.
I'm using Sytrus. I'm pretty much limited of what I already have, sadly. But if I do have some other effects, that'll be sweet and I could make better musics with it.
As for the Uplifting Trance, it's a subgenre of Epic Trance / Euro Trance.

I've got the same problem with when I try to make music that focuses more on the rhythm than the melody, people don't care as much for it.
I suppose I could upload some plugins on Rapidshare for you if you want them, just tell me what you already have. ^_^
And well, I know what Uplifting Trance is, though most of what I've already heard of it is the work of the musician Dragor.
