I had no idea why I ever made this or what the context is, but I thought it looked amusing.

You can think whatever the dialogue for this image might be, because I seriously can't remember why I drew these and what they're so frustrated about xD



EDIT: I think I kinda remembered what this drawing is. I vaguely remember wanting to make a comic with these characters in it.
It would be about the team Rocket grunt and the Go Rock Squad guy living together and kinda ridiculing each others criminal organisations/jobs, and about other things.
I actually just found a whole bunch of sketches with these two. Eh, I mean three if you count the Raichu :>
