I foamed out Mega Charizard's body! I LOVE this method so much! It will definitely be my method of choice when it comes to making foam body suits. :) It doesn't keep the shapes perfectly, but it's really fast and does a pretty good job.
I took a long look at Charizard's legs and I realized that his legs are more on the side of the body than under it. I put the legs on the foam body farther in because I was concerned about movement. I think I need to bulk out the thighs to give the legs the illusion of being on the outside of the body. I made a redline that shows what I think I should do (on the left) and what is more ideal (on the right). The outside line shows what I would add and the inside line shows the current leg shape. I would move the legs out more, but walking around would be really hard. I don't plan on running around in this at all, but walking with some ease would be ideal.
Maybe in the future I'll make a suit that's more stationary and closer to Charizard's true shape. What do you guys think? Would simply adding to the upper thigh be enough? Or do you think I really need to spread the legs out? Thank you so much for any opinions!! :)

This is looking fantastic so far! I love the technique you've used :>
If want to get the costume looking as much like the real thing as possible, I would add more of a gap between the legs. But I would personally leave it as is and just bulk out the leg like what you have on the left red-line! Gotta keep in mind that person under all the foam :> I had a similar costume of a Kangaskhan that had about as much of a gap as what you have now. I could wear the costume comfortably for a full day including getting around on public transport! My legs did feel it the next day, but such is the price of spending hours walking/standing in a different stance than what you're used to x3
If I may offer another piece of advice I wish I knew before I made my Kangaskhan? Think about how the suit might be able to come apart for easier storage/transport (unless you've already thought of this)! My suit was all one piece (except for the head) and getting it around and finding a place for it to live was tough! When the time can to find it a new home, shipping it was basically impossible for me.
Good luck and have fun making the rest of the suit!
