I will eventually! He's my baby, I rescued him from an abusive home, and he always jumps and puts his paws there and gets me muddy. He's getting pretty old and even when he passes away I still wanna have that symbol of him with me ;w; It'll probably be the next one I get, maybe around November for my birfday.
Mine is basically always hidden, it's hard to flash your shoulder blade without taking your shirt off aha :'3

I'm not really good at zodiac stuff, or china. All I know is Japan is awesome, katana rocks, and long live the Emperor and his glorious Nippon steel.
Japan has a really weird politic history let me tell ya, what with the whole thing where the Shoguns used to hold all the power and the Emperor was just like a diplomatic figure.

and omg me too, i'm not too into Chinese culture and politics.. japan has ALWAYS fascinated me though :) the Emperors date WAYYY back, and they believed he was directly related (as in born of) the sun goddess Amaterasu. (also, holy crap, my computer recognizes Amaterasu as a word! yay spell check for knowing Japanese deities!) but yeah, the feudal system was SO long lived there! even up to WWII

Oh yeah, the Emperor was still ruling by WWII, until you know, Big Boy and Fat Man dropped by to say hi, but yeah. Still, it was the Shogunate that actually did things back in the feudal days, not so much the Emperor.

yeah. and yeah i know. feudal lords had pretty much all the power :I

Yet they kept the Emperor around, rather than taking him out of the picture. Odd times.

actually, across the toes is a rooster (my chinese zodiac) and the symbol in the paw's "palm" is the symbol for the cancer zodiac.
the stars loosly represent both my obsession with the sparkly celestial beings, and REALLY loosely represent the day i was born..
so, Rooster=1993 (year i was born), Cancer=July, Stars= space/July 4th (my b-day)
the paw overall represents the animal i identify with, the wolf, and.... yeah XD there's more, but i dont want to ramble on forever haha ^^
