The Master found his idea of perfection, he found a egg at long last and with a smile on his lips he said "Shimmer, I want you to do one more thing for me." he said as he turned to face her with the egg in his hand. "I want you to bond with it and become perfect."

Shimmer looked him over, now she always settled on the idea that he was mad, but to bond with it? For one she knew that this being had done her no wrong, but she also knew that if she denied this crazy man that she would be killed in the sunlight.

Shimmer said nothing as she gently placed her hands on the egg and felt something coursing through it. This egg was no living being, but a portal and with that, this was her chance to escape from this mad man and with a sly smile she looked into the man's eyes. "Good bye and go to hell....Master." She said with a powerful smile as she went through the portal.

On the other side of the portal was a strange place, full of color and interesting creatures to see, and maybe even find a way back to her own world?

Shimmer traveled this new plane for months, finding out the hard way that she would have to hide from the sun here as well. As she traveled the plane she saw all these things, some of beauty and others of sadness. The ones of sadness cut deep with Shimmer because she knew there was nothing she could do since she never bonded with a physical object.

Along her travels though she found what looked like a old, decrepit machine and seeing that the sun was going to rise decided to use it for a host for the day and in a whisp of black colored smoke she merged into the being, and that is when she found out that she was not alone in this decrepit machine.

The memories of this being swarmed her like bees to a honey flower and she was powerless to stop them. Shimmer saw the creation of the robofritz and she saw the troubles they had and experienced the pain this one went through when she was brought back to where she was created and her soul was taken out of her and put into a new body and she was cast out like a used up rag.

'Must get revenge. Must destroy them.' a voice said

"Wait what? Who said that?" Shimmer called out, but she got her answer when the body she was in started to stand up. "You are the robofritz I am in. What is your name? Who do you want to destroy and why?"

'This one was once named Astra, but now this one is a shell of Astra because she is now elsewhere.' the creature said as it started to walk. ' And the one I will destroy is Alora.'

"Yeah no that is not going to happen my dear Shell." Shimmer said as she burst her energy through the robofritz making it stop in it's tracks. "I'm in control now."

Shimmer just did a partial bond with the robofritz she named Shell.

"All my time here I seen good things and sad things, I don't think we will be adding to sad things my dear Shell."

'Do you mock me calling me shell? I must get revenge on my creator.' Shell said, trying to call out as Shimmer's essence started to flow through and change the colors of the robofritz.

"No. I am not mocking you by calling you Shell. See we can help each other my dear Shell. I keep you from doing something stupid and getting destroyed and in turn you are my shelter from sunlight. The fact that you are also my shelter is why I am calling you Shell. Also, even if this Astra may not be here with us in this body, I still feel a shadow of her presence, so maybe there is something good in you Shell and I aim to find it."
