Yeah. He's not completely soft
He has a bit of a frame that helps keep him upright in that seated position, but he's still soft and little squishy and, of course, hug-able. There were a limited number of him made and the pandas were used as promos for when KFP was released in 2008.

8 foot 2 inch long lying Thumper (The smaller on I sent to the manufacturer to be made as a larger version below).

5 1/2 foot tall sitting Tigger. I herd about 6 of these were made for the Tigger Movie.
