I guess my tip for making ears is make sure the foam isn't too thick so it doesn't look kinda blocky, but make sure it also isn't too thin, because they will droop with the weight of the fur. For eyes, make sure you don't place the pupil dead center in the eye. That will only make it look kinda lifeless or like it's staring off into space. Add eye lights!! Very important for the eyes to have that tiny white dot. It brings the face to life.

Definitely not! Wigs are incredibly difficult to make look nice on a toony style suit, because they are made of different synthetic fibers. It will look really out of place next to the fur/fleece/whatever fabric you're going to use. How's the hair that you're wanting to make? Is it a mohawk like in your icon?

Ahh, okay. I've never made hair like that myself, but there are a couple ways you can do it. You can carve foam and fur it to give it a static hairstyle, or you can cut out individual pieces of fur and sew each lock of hair by hand.
