This is a Japanese sweet I made in class. It's Dango. I've had store bought dango before and I did not like it. It was just blah to me. But making it myself it tasted much better. It was so yummy!! and half of the reason was because of the sweet sauce. In class I added some food coloring to my dango dough so they wouldn't just be white. Orange was out so I used it. I think it looks good. I'll definitely share the recipe, first I gotta find it real quick.

Wuff does enjoy the Japanese-style desserts; normally they're more subtly flavored, with some exotic (to US standards) ingredients like bean paste, and not so overwhelmingly sweet as US desserts!
