I know what you mean but it's only one utility option on that arm - and it's actually important for handling tools and controls that are too small or subtle for the Divestar's other 'heavy duty' hand. If the pilot tried to manipulate something delicate with the heavy duty hand it'd most likely get crushed to bits.
