A New Tablet For Sprito-kun
I probably won't stick to Manga Studio 5 ;P
Seriously though, that tablet I bought used is just amazing. Before, I was drawing on a tablet that is almost a DECADE old now. So just for a little comparison, the pen of my old tablet had 512 pressure levels, the new one 2048. Also the resolution of the tablet, which is measured in lines per inch, is like 2.5x bigger. Everything feels much much smoother now. I still need to get used to it. Now this doesn't mean that this will increase the quality of my works significantly, the tools don't make the artist but it'll help making progress a bit more comfortable. The professor of one of my animation classes last semester, highly recommended to me that I should upgrade and she was right. However she was also right when she recommended that I should look for used tablets. Prices of new tablets are no joke but you can save quite a huge amount by looking at used ones. I saved 200€ by getting this one used and it is in great condition. So keep that in mind, if you're looking to get a tablet.
I'm actually serious about the pen holder though, I friggin' love it X3

I use MS5 (or Clip Studio Paint as it's otherwise known). It's quite amazing, especially for vector work and comic panelling, multiple page work, etc.
I think you'd enjoy it. I'd recommend looking up Frenden's tutorials on it to make it better, especially for pressure and brush packs.

It has a lot of really nice features and I've spent quite some time with setting it up, creating my own brushes to my liking and all that. I drew a whole picture to get a feel for the tools and brushes but it kind of felt a little off to me personally. Maybe it's because I'm used to other software or maybe even my PC choked a little while working with it, I can't quite tell. Though I'm not done with Manga Studio yet, I want to give it a few more tries before I make my decision.
I actually had an issue like that happening in Paint Tool SAI too, turning off the Win 7's visual designs helped but it's annoying, since that always screws with your window positions and sizes when it changes. Mabye that's gone in SAI now too. It took a while for it to happen too, which was weird. It gradually got more laggy.
ohhhhaaaaaa So shiny and new....even if it is a hand down.
My old Bambo Model: CTE-450 is about 8 years old. Was a steal. It came with the tablet, the mouse, pen with the holder AND photoshop cs4 for like $80 bucks....been using it since then even if I did loose the photoshop on a dead pc.
I'll probably upgrade when It breaks finally....It used to have a pulsing blue light but that hasn't work for two years now sadly....was my favorite part ;w;

fun fact: you can unscrew the bottom part of the pen holder, and there it is: MOAR Pen nibs if your pen is overused, just pull the nib out of the pen and put in the new Nib! Its technology man!
