This is an idea I hope to flesh out in the future... In my headcanon, Killer Croc's half-brother (Timothy "Caiman" Kayman) travels to Gotham and attempts to use his status as a lawyer to pull his wayward bro out of his life of crime. For the most part, Caiman fails and becomes a part-time criminal himself, but he maintains a constant effort to distance Croc from his lawbreaker lifestyle.
What can I say? Waylon Jones needs a champion, even if it does not amount to much.
