catmonkshiro he's still an awesome artist and I'm always glad to commission him ;P
here, it looks like Tiberius has activated his growth ability from eating enough toxic waste. He was wearing a different uniform at the time but his toxins had made sure he changes to his usual outfit before ''raising the roof'' and cause destruction down the street in his new work boots X3 he kept his boots on him but since he's now digitrade they'll prove useful in protecting his ankle. Still, at least he doesnt have to pick out bits of cars on his treads X3
