Remember this guy?! I sure do! He's from the Lilo and Stitch tv series and is one of the main villains (obviously) in the series, however he was just a tad too small, so I fixed it! :D
Also, used a background from lilo and stitch mainly since I can't do the backgrounds like that movie/show ^^;; so credit goes to the background artist for the background

haha. I can totally imagine his latest scheme being to enter into a karate competition Stitch is at, since he does learn karate in one of the two series, but misinterprets which martial art it is and assumes it's sumo. Gonna be a surprise for him if Stitch's appetite has anything to say about it.
If you've ever seen the anime, there's a reason I requested him. His boss, Delia, is sadistic towards him, doing stuff like mind-swapping him with a carrot and then siccing a rabbit on him to try to kill him or dipping him in chocolate so when it hardened he'd have to eat his way out to survive, or even strapping him to the table and psychologically attacking him with nightmares in his sleep, so I figure it's his turn to get some fatty hugs and love. It explains why he does evil so often. He can't fight back against her so he lashes out at everyone else. In one episode he even remarks that it felt good to help others....right before Delia showed up on-screen yelling and raging and handing out her next punishment. He seemed genuinely happy giving out presents to kids in the Xmas episode. When he thought Stitch died he actually cried and keeps a life-sized plush of the blue furball in his bedroom!
What makes it extra sad is Delia and him used to be lovers, joking and laughing with each other, but something turned her into a cruel, sadistic bitch, so I imagine that just makes the furball feel all the worse.
