Dear God I still love how you color. I swear I do.
It's because you have this blur effect that you use in pictures, it looks like you didn't just draw this, but took it as a screencap from some type of animation, and I never get tired of looking at that.
In this one, I think it's rather peaceful how you have her sleeping there. I know she's not wearing a blanket in it, but that's..probably what makes it so much more appealing as you can actually see how she's sleeping- much like a kitten would. (Well she is a lion after all. I suppose that's to be expected) Plus it's like she's also a child because she's gripping the blanket underneath her like that as if she's trying to stay warm..or just cling to her blanket as if it's hers and not letting anyone take it. (I think we've all had one of those moments..)
Now, what was a nice idea was the background. It's simple...but it works. It's a red door/doorway and the black around it to show that it's a room and the lights are off or just dim. Simple to do, but it works, and I can respect that!
This happens to be something I can honestly put onto my favorites (As I hardly.. ever do. I... really should work on that.....) It's colorful, and classy. But at the same time, it's peaceful and soothing at the same time due to the colors of the lioness here.
Great work here Rawrii chan. Great work. ^ ^
