Some of you who've known me over the years know that my christmas spirit was lacking a few years or so ago. But with each year, I've been getting it back.

I've really been enjoying getting to hit the major holidays with my woman here in our lovely home. You guys remember our pumpkins. Well, I had been telling her how I want a Christmas tree over the past few weeks. Eventually, she wanted one too, heh heh.

So, we decided on a LIVING tree, but small, so that it's easier to maintain and less to clean up after the holiday. This is ACTUALLY a branch that a local flourist was selling for people who wanna make their own wreaths. It serves as our tree even better, y'ask me.

We also decided to do something creative with the decorations. We cut the stems offa' white, lavender and red roses and wired them seemlessly to the branches, added some other little touches and mounted a mini "bouquette" to the very top. Oh, and the lights. I had some boxes of stringed black lights left over from Halloween yeeeaars ago. I guess I had been saving them for THIS occassion, heh heh.
