When it comes to hands, I just use my own hands for reference. It isn't that hard to pose your hand like the picture, light it like the picture, and take a photo to use as reference. Either that, or sketch it from observation if you don't have a (good) camera.
Hand tutorials tend to be kind of... bad, or limited in general so there aren't a lot of tutorials that I'd recommend. Here are a few I found in my faves on DA, though:

I've also heard good things about Burne Hogarth's hands book (wolf-nymph loves his books), but I've always had a hard time learning from his style for some reason, so YMMV.
This is a really nice picture, by the way. I love the lighting, and you did a great job on his face. Love that hair too. :)
