... and there she goes, but not necessarily for good, yet
well, last page that I have ready at the moment, though I got a fairly good idea on how to continue... I just may not have the time to draw any more in a week or so

I don't know what computing platform you use or what applications you have to process art with, but I thought I could pass along a couple of technical tricks I use to spiff up my own comics:
--Do the panel borders digitally. You can sample a matching shade of grey from the existing pencils so it doesn't clash with them. This way, they're always straight.
--I add my text digitally so it remains readable regardless of how well the scan comes out. The font I use is called "Gnatfont", which is freely downloadable.

I'm using Windows XP with Photoshop CS2, so technically I probably should've done both of those if I weren't a little lazy about doing things, and somewhat pressed on time, too...
As for the first point, I could've made them straight with pencils too, if I'd bothered to actually use the ruler that I had taken the time to find so I could ink the second page. ^^'
As for the second point, I'll look into that, although sometimes a speech bubble might get a little crowded if I happen to write a bit tighter than usual, and this page would already have a slight problem, what with the speech bubbles in the top right panel having different amounts of text, even though they're more or less the same size. But I'll see what I can do with that on future pages.
Thanks for the feedback though, I really appreciate it as I might not always notice if my half-assing something is hurting it badly XD

It looks very nice, and you can be sure... I will watch'em all =D
You make me being motivated... I get the feeling back, picking up my own story, plus you give me some little ideas how I can edit a few details of the beginning of my story, which I wasn't sure about yet :b Great thing. Maybe... When my last things of my almost finished video project are done, possibly I'll pick my story again. Also then maybe, I would take use of the large number of greyscale pens I bought many years ago only for that story to draw XDDDD

I'm glad to see you've not abandoned your story, and I'd really like to see how it turns out :) I hope you get enough time to actually do it, too, it'd be a shame to let a good set of pencils go to waste, even though I only use just one type myself XD
And someone as lazy as me getting people motivated? Oh my, where has world gone to XD

Naw, not pencils, many pens... felt pens. In, if I remember right, 3 or 4 gray scale colors. Would be nice, to create some sweet working greyscale panels, since I don't like most b/w styles which are only black and white... Also, since I would NOT like to color it digitally. Way too much work, like you see it too :b Doing it traditionally is way more fun anyway XD
nothing wrong with that. ^^ explosions are fun. XD but has anyone thought of genetics? maybe some kinda of cell of deformation could occur do an astounding degree that i would cause such weird bone growth and manipulate the hair growth on the body and extend the tail bone. I'm working on a story where the anthros are made a virus that occurs in about one in ten million and remains dormant with exception of one in about 100 of those ten million. I'm surprised i haven't any stories try that angle yet. Hooray originality :D I'll try to type it up on here asap so peeps can read it.
