well unlike Fastoon ,Ashmon has a huge ocean along with its land, so seafood is a biggy, mainly mollusks ,crustaceans,and boneless exoskeleton-having bug fish called Insecocians. On land we grow citrus fruits, peach-like fruits, grain, and various vegetables. We also have wild game such as the Ashmonese Tree sucker, The wolfhog, and the oriental Ashmonese headbuck....
Our dishes despite using the same resources vary immensely from region to region.
Other lombaxes usually don't like our race's foods as much as their own, but many other species are very impressed at times or at least intrigued.
