So I re-watched Soul Eater and realized a crossover AU may be more satisfactory.
There is a antagonist organization which runs pretty much exactly like a Xenomorph Hive.
You've got this Queen who created all of these weaponizable offspring. A powerful 'mother of all'
She has her few elite warriors who dote on her and will defend her till their final breath
Her throne filled with webbing and expanding into a dark labyrinth where her children call home and intruders call hell
And finally her network is comprised of hundreds if not thousands of loyal, faceless drones.

Also there is one arch which is just Aliens
With the whole 'strong female lead trying to rescue their cinnamon bun but when they infiltrate the stronghold everything kinda goes to shit but they win any ways.

I also really liked how this turned out so even if you've never heard of Soul Eater, at least the art is kinda neat
