This was an adorable idea for Pichu day, Sparks!
If I"m not mistaken, ORAS refers to the special doll sets you can often find in China, or Japan? I think there was an episode of Hamtaro where the Ham-Ham's pretended to be the dolls so a little girl felt they all came alive for her. That was cute.
And now that I just played "Spot the 90", I'm delighted to see a clever difference where it is on Sparks' outfit that is without the trademark scarf. Very nice.
