Heres one half of the collar for my project to update an old PMC vest. This is the prototype and I will be remaking it to iron out some of the problems I encountered. What you are looking at here in case it isn't easy to tell, is the right side of a split collar, and a shoulder pad. The shoulders straps of the vest will get sandwiched between these two pieces.
