Kinda reminds me of that Japanese urban legend "kuuchisaki oni".
She will ask "am I beautiful?" And if you say "yes" sye will take her mask off and asks "how aboult now?". If you say yes again she will let you go on your way.

if you say no when she asks you "am I beautiful?", she will stab you. if you scream and run when she says "how aboult now?' she will run after you and will slit your mouth to become like her.
