Grommash Hellscream, Chieftain of the Warsong Clan, formerly lead the Iron Horde. He is considered as a warrior of legend, killing the great pit lord Mannoroth by driving his axe, Gorehowl, into its skull. He has won the respect of many orcs, not just of his clan, but of other clans on Draenor aswell.
While known for his great strength and fury, probably his most defining feature is his Iron Will. Even in the most dire of moments, he does not concede. I am certain he will not concede in sumo either.
