Foot skin it is. I took a shower and while pumice stoning my skin, this sheet came off. Kinda gross, but I thought it was neat that it came off in a sheet rather than little flicks. So You were the first who was most specific, so you win~

Looks like it is a piece of skin.
The colouring looks quite like it is actually skin which is dried, but as that has already been guessed I will pose the following.
It may well be a piece of glue, which has copied a piece of skin, and has been removed afterwards. Looks like a piece of palm.
