Day 30 - A Congrats Banner for Finishing the Challenge
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7008728/
I think I've drawn more in the past month than I have in the past year and a half.
This concludes the September 2015 30 Day Drawing Challenge. I hope you enjoyed. I would appreciate if you could fill out the short questionnaire below.
Which picture did you like most? Why?
Which picture did you like least? Why?
What is something that I did well?
What is something that I should work on?
Should I do something like this again?
Any other comments?
Thank you.

Which picture did you like most? Why?
There are a few, I liked some of your deeper, symbolic pieces, like the hourglass and the shadows. Its not happy stuff, but things like that say a lot about yourself and I like to analyse art that expresses feelings.
And of course im really happy you did some things for me <3
Which picture did you like least? Why?
Im not sure, there are no pics i dislike, but i notice that on multiple occasions you admitted not really liking/being proud of what you have done. Sounded like you had a lot of other things to deal with outside of art >.<
What is something that I did well?
You completed the challenge, and im really impressed, with all the workload you had to do at the same time! I hope you're happy, its quite something! :3
What is something that I should work on?
Your self confidence, i'd say. I myself need to work on it too. I recognize myself a lot when you talk of how things didnt go as planned, or being disapointed you couldnt give your best. But sometimes that lack of satisfaction can become a source of motivation. If you know you can do better, then dont give up!
Should I do something like this again?
From what i understand, if you were to do it again, you should try during summer or when you arent burried under tons of school work. I worry about your health >.<
Any other comments?
Once again, you did great, and should be proud of yourself! :3

Thanks for the feedback! I'm pretty satisfied with how the challenge went, and I'm a little surprised to realize that it's over. I started it before school started, so I didn't realize just how busy things were going to be this semester, but I find drawing to be somewhat relaxing. Sure, it eats up a bit of time, but I'm not worrying when I'm working and coloring is an unexpectedly good way to de-stress. The self-confidence thing is funny: I flip-flop between being overconfident while blind to any flaws and thinking "what am I even doing?" as I spot every little imperfection. I tend to push myself towards the latter since I prefer perfection and would hate to develop a big ego. I was also a bit more hesitant on posting the deeper pieces you were talking about, as I don't think most people particularly like to see negativity. It's great to know you liked them though!
First off.
*fires off confetti cannons*
Now then
Which picture did you like most? Why?
Think I liked the picture of Ike holding a giant lolly because it was adorable.
Which picture did you like least? Why?
Don't recall exactly what is but theme was like something you don't like or something like that.
What is something that I did well?
These two questions are difficult for me, I don't really have a good artists' eye to judge pictures by. So take these two with a graind of salt, but think the facial expressions were pretty well done.
What is something that I should work on?
Once more grain of salt not good at judging art, bu I would recommend working on more dynamic poses noticed everyone is almost always facing forward towards the viewer and don't really see people from the sides or looking at each other a lot.
Should I do something like this again?
Possibly but not to often, it's a good way to motivate yourself to get you going but you don't want to burn yourself out. If you find yourself in a rut it might be worth doing something similar again but if you're actively engaged in work then there wouldn't be a huge need.

Woo! *Dances around in the confetti*
Yeah, I have a preference to cute, colorful pictures rather than gray, less-than-positive ones. I can see what you mean about dynamic poses; I don't quite understand how to create movement in pictures. Character positioning is another interesting thing, as I don't do back views very well and having everyone in side view while talking to each other makes things seem a little flat, especially since I'm still working on shading. Thanks for the compliment on the expressions though; given my limited repertoire of faces, it's nice to know that I'm doing something right!
*Scoops some confetti off the ground and tosses it back into the air* Woo!
