Pretty much similar to the previous one. Except I wanted to emphasize the city a bit more, especially how derelict it is and how abandoned it seems. The fog and cobwebs do that nicely, while the vague silhouettes of skylines on the background make it feel more like a proper scene instead of a simple 'set'. I also liked how her expression seems to be both sorrowful and hopeful at the same time. c:

Well, you guys already saw this texture on a scrap I submitted. The only change here is the lips that turned out white, since when I textured her, the mouth was closed and hiding a portion of the lower lips. The two people I showed it to didn't notice, but it was the first thing I noticed, soo...yeah.
I also had to change her position a little bit from the last one (it's the same pose, just altered the textures) by rotating her forward more, which made her face & expression less jarring to look at and fixed the lower arm (it was going through the boobs). The tail, obviously, isn't custom made, hence the glaring difference in color. The hair is clipping a bit through her but I honestly don't mind that much. The other issue that isn't very noticeable at first is the ground on the lower right. There was a car there. It's gone now. xD Seriously though, the car and some debris that was supposed to show up in there got their geometries corrupted and I had to delete them. I could put some other prop there, but since I didn't notice at first and then only noticed during the postwork and a second render...meh.
Speaking of postwork, I used quite a few brushes here. Fog, Bokeh, Winter, Cobwebs (over there in the back) Skylines, etc. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, especially compared with the original version. x3
Next, I'll work on modeling again. Mainly those -horrid- claws on her hands. I also forgot to reduce their size from my first render attempt...oh well. x_x

If you'll pardon the expression, I see what might be the problem with the Tigress' eye. The black markings around the eye add confusing patterns that make the eye appear swollen and misshapen. I can see where you put your efforts into the rendering of the eye though, as it's azure depths give the impression the creature is not a simple animal. There seems to be a spark of intellect in the eye if one looks closely. I guess I'm a bit "Spoiled" by the "Anime" influenced anthropomorphic animal art here on FA because most "Furry" artists prefer to make the eyes on their characters overly large and expressive. I look at this image as most likely the closest thing to if a "Real" anthropomorphic Tigress existed, as the image has a "Life' all it's own. The "Fog" looks less like smoke from cooking fires too. The scene looks very cold and disturbing. It's like the ruins in the background won't even provide adequate shelter from the cold.
