Decided to photo every page of my sketchbook and post them.
Why? I'm not a great artist, but I am making progress and that progress might be interesting to someone. It's easy to believe that like Athena, people who have mastered a skill pop from the forehead of Zeus fully formed but rarely is that the case (and for those it is true, I pity them, learning and growing is such a joy and they've been robbed of it)

PLEASE NOTE: Not all of this is original concepts. I often look at the work of others and draw my own copies of them, trying to pick up elements of how that person handles certain elements, be it their character design, the shapes they use, their lighting elements, the way they abut a line and curve. If you see something that looks like someone else's work, I'll take that as a compliment. Also, feel free to call me on it. Off the top of my head, I know are studies of Zoophobia, Rock and Rule, and Steven Universe. I'll remove these on request from the artist if necessary but until then I chose to expose them both to pay homage to the people I admire and to expose the learning process.
